FAQ & Site Info

Most items are NEW and packaged. There may be a few used items that go on the site, but it will be NEW without original packaging, or in like new condition. No refurbished items are put on the site.

We are internet based, so orders must be placed online only. Contact us with your item questions before purchase.

We get your item out as soon as possible, usually between 3 - 5 days. We try to keep tracking on every item that goes out so we can keep you updated also. And your ordered item may arrive from 3 - 5 days after it gets out. Around Holiday times of the year, there may be a delay. And custom or hand-made items may also be delayed. Find the time to expect custom and hand-made items in their descriptions.

If we do not see information on the size for the item your ordered, we will contact you and ask you.
